Step 1: Navigate to Pages
From your WordPress Dashboard, click on Pages in the left-hand menu.
Click on All Pages to see a list of your website pages.
Step 2: Open a Page for Editing
Find the page you want to add a featured image to (for example, your Home Page).
Important: Do not click “Edit with Elementor.”
Instead, click Edit under the page name to open the WordPress page editor.
Step 3: Set the Featured Image
On the right-hand sidebar, locate the Featured Image section.
Click Set Featured Image.
Choose an existing image from your Media Library or upload a new one.
Ideally, select an image that represents the page — such as:
A screenshot of your homepage.
Your business logo.
A beautiful product photo.
Click Set Featured Image once you’ve selected your image.
Step 4: Update the Page
After setting the featured image, click Update to save your changes.
That’s it — your page now has a featured image!
Step 5: Repeat for All Pages
Go through and set a featured image for every page you’ve created (Home, About, Services, Projects, Contact, etc.).
This ensures consistency and a professional look whenever your pages are shared.
Homework & Action Items
Add a featured image to your Home, About, Services, Projects and Contact pages.
Make sure each featured image is relevant and visually appealing.
Update/save each page after setting the image.
